By booking a tour, the customer automatically agrees to these Terms & Conditions. The company provides tour services according to the agreed itinerary and travel program.

The company may issue a partial refund in the following situations:

The refund amount will be determined individually based on the specific circumstances of the case.

5. Customer-Caused Tour Disruption

Cancellation or disruption of the tour by the customer less than 24 hours before the tour start time is not permitted for reasons that do not represent real obstacles to conducting the tour. And this is a subjective view, not an objective one.

Subjective reasons include, but are not limited to:

If the trip is disrupted due to the customer’s decision and not because of objective circumstances that make the tour practically impossible to conduct, this shall not be considered a valid reason for a refund.

The customer understands that travel experiences may be evaluated positively or negatively on a personal basis. Personal opinions, emotions, expectations, or dissatisfaction do not constitute grounds for a full or partial refund.

In cases defined under this clause, the company reserves the right not to issue a refund, or in certain situations, to charge the customer a 15% commission.
